Teaching Personnel are seeking Primary Teaching Assistants to work in Schools in Swansea.
If you live in the Swansea area and have experience either in a Primary school or Care sector in the United Kingdom, we have the perfect role for you!
Our partner schools in Swansea vary in size and ethos which means we can help you find the perfect role in the right school for you.
You will assist the teacher in daily activities inside and outside the classroom and be a positive role model for the pupils. Professionalism is key!
Some of the roles would be supporting children with additional learning needs. The pupils could need 1:1 support for Autism, ADHD, GDD, Sensory Impairments and/ or other needs.
We are also keen on working with Teaching Assistants that would be experienced enough to support children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health concerns. This could include supporting pupils who have challenging behaviour.
What do I need?
Enhanced child DBS on the renewal service (We can help with this).
EWC membership (We can help with this).
Ability to drive is desirable, but not essential.
Ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.
Trained in safeguarding (we can help with this).
You MUST have a permanent UK address. We cannot offer sponsorship with a visa so you must have a visa that allows you to work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
