About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to support pupils’ learning and development
-
Provide 1:1 and group support, both in the classroom and around the school
-
Help deliver personalised learning plans linked to each student’s EHCP
-
Promote communication, independence, life skills and confidence
-
Foster a calm, positive and respectful environment where students feel safe and valued
About You:
We’re looking for someone who:

Is patient, resilient, and genuinely passionate about inclusive education
-
Can work flexibly as part of a team, with a good sense of humour
-
Has experience with children or young people, especially those with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
