Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Deliver high-quality support to pupils across the school, including small-group and 1:1 interventions.
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Support pupils’ academic progress as well as their social and emotional development.
• Adapt resources and approaches to meet individual learning needs.
• Encourage positive behaviour and create a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Have experience working in a primary school setting.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.
• Show patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting children.
• Be confident working independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SEND and intervention strategies is desirable.
