Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Southampton, Hampshire

Salary: £13.75 - £14.00 per hour  (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only (Part-Time options available)

Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner)

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our friendly primary school in Southampton. If you love working with children and want to help them grow and learn, this could be the perfect job for you!

What You Will Do:

• Help teachers in the classroom with lessons and activities

• Support children with their learning, either in small groups or individually

• Help make the classroom a safe and happy place for all students

• Assist with playground duties and lunchtime support

What We Are Looking For:

• Someone who enjoys working with children and is patient and caring

• Experience working with children (preferred but not essential)

• A good communicator who can work well as part of a team

• Someone who is reliable and ready to make a difference
