Salary: £13.75 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils within a primary school setting. Working closely with the class teacher, you will help create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive. This role requires someone who is confident, caring, and adaptable to meet a wide range of needs and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to pupils aged 4–11, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents through clear and professional communication.
• Use initiative and remain flexible within a busy and dynamic school environment.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience working with children aged 4–11 (school, childcare, or related setting).
• Confidence working with children with varying needs and abilities.
• Ability to provide two references from previous employers.
• Open-minded, proactive, and supportive attitude.
• A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
