About the Role
Are you an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in welcoming and supportive schools?
We’re currently recruiting for day-to-day and short-term Teaching Assistant roles across schools in the Royston area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience, support students in their learning, and enjoy a great work-life balance.
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll:
• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students who need extra help
• Encourage positive learning behaviours and promote inclusion
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Work flexibly across different year groups and subjects

• Experienced working with children in a school or educational setting

• Reliable, flexible, and available at short notice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
