Teaching Assistants & HLTAs – SEN School (ASAP start)
Location: RG1, RG2, RG4, RG7, RG30, RG31.

Teaching Personnel are looking for Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join a specialist SEN school in the Reading, Berkshire area, starting immediately.

The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASC, SEMH and communication difficulties. Staff work together to provide a safe, nurturing learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to thrive.

Role:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
  • Assisting teachers with classroom learning
  • Delivering interventions tailored to SEN needs
  • Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in SEN (education or care background)
  • Resilient, patient and proactive attitude
  • TA/HLTA qualifications or relevant experience
  • Available to start ASAP
