Learning Support Assistant – Porth
Teaching Personnel are actively searching for a Learning Support Assistant to support a student in Secondary School located in the Porth area.
Working as a Learning Support Assistant is a career where no two days are ever the same so you will never be bored! You will be supporting students that have a variety of different needs and abilities and the support provided is essential to their education. If you are looking for a position where you can really make a difference, then this is certainly the role for you!
Learning Support Assistant Details:
- Full-time position
- Minimum £11.85 per hour
- Working hours Mon-Fri 8:30 – 15:00
- Working with secondary aged students on a 1:1 basis and within a classroom setting in KS3 & KS4
Learning Support Assistant Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS available on the update service
- Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum 5 GCSEs in core subjects
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults or children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
