SEMH Teaching Assistants Needed – Poole – January Start

Teaching Personnel are recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants for a specialised SEMH school in Poole. We are seeking individuals who have previously supported young people with anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment difficulties or challenging behaviour.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in SEMH, SEN, youth work, mental health or residential care

• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation strategies

• Patience, resilience and the ability to build positive relationships

• A full-time availability from January

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
