SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and thrive? Teaching Personnel are working alongside an SEMH school in Poole seeking full-time Teaching Assistants to join their team from January.

You will be supporting pupils aged 11–16 who face challenges such as anxiety, low mood, depression and attachment-related difficulties. The school offers a therapeutic, nurturing environment and are looking for TAs who can provide stability, encouragement and understanding.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
