Job Title: Full-Time Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Teaching Assistant in a central Plymouth school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of lesson plans and support teaching activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to meet the individual needs of students.
- Support classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Engage in extracurricular activities and school events.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
- Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and take initiative when needed.
- Understanding of special educational needs is advantageous.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Temporary contract starting from January.
