We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Teaching Assistant in a central Plymouth school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of lesson plans and support teaching activities.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to meet the individual needs of students.
• Support classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Engage in extracurricular activities and school events.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
• Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and take initiative when needed.
• Understanding of special educational needs is advantageous.
