Job Title: Full-Time Teaching Assistant

This is a full-time position starting from January, providing you with the chance to contribute to the development and success of students throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons.
• Support students in their academic and social development.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with additional needs.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to assess and monitor student progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and flexible approach to working with students.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• A commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
• Additional qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous.
