Job description

The PWR team are looking for three strong and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a unique residential school environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils who live in the adjacent residential house, making a holistic impact on their educational and personal development within a therapeutic setting.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the daily lives of the pupils, supporting them both within the learning environment and as part of their residential experience. Given the therapeutic nature of the site, a calm, patient, and understanding approach is essential. The school is seeking individuals who are committed to working closely with pupils, fostering their growth, and collaborating effectively with the wider team to provide comprehensive support. Experience in a residential setting or with therapeutic approaches would be highly beneficial, though not strictly essential for the right candidates. Further details regarding the age range of the pupils will be confirmed during the application process, allowing candidates to ensure alignment with their experience and preferences.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the pupils' lives, understanding their needs in both an academic and pastoral context. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to creating a nurturing and stable environment for all residents.

To apply for one of these rewarding Teaching Assistant roles, please send your CV to Devaughn at devaughn.bridge@teachingpersonnel.com.
