Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Pay: £85–£90 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Northolt seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and additional learning needs.

• Working one-to-one and in small groups to assist with academic, emotional, and social development.

• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver tailored support.

• Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN (especially ASD, ADHD, or Speech & Language needs).

• Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping students reach their potential.

• A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Teaching Personnel.

• Right to work in the UK.
