Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant – Northolt
Location: Northolt, West London
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Pay: £85–£90 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Northolt seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
The Role:

Supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and additional learning needs.

Working one-to-one and in small groups to assist with academic, emotional, and social development.

Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver tailored support.

Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
Requirements:
-
Previous experience working with children with SEN (especially ASD, ADHD, or Speech & Language needs).

Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping students reach their potential.
-
A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Teaching Personnel.

Right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
