Position Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant with Teaching Personnel, you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning and development across primary schools in the Bedlington area. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support the delivery of engaging lessons.
• Provide one-to-one support to students with additional learning needs.
• Assist with the preparation and organization of learning resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students in their social and emotional development.
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to adapt to different learning environments.
• A commitment to supporting the educational development of students.
