The successful Teaching Assistant will be responsible for supporting students across years 7-11 and will participate in a variety of roles inside and outside of the classroom. These roles will include managing pupil behaviour and promoting positive behaviour, supporting in the classroom, helping prepare lesson activities and resources and delivering tailored teaching activities to pupils on either a one-to-one basis or in small groups.

The successful applicant will act as positive role models throughout school and will support students in helping them achieve their true potential.
