Teaching Assistant – South Manchester Secondary
Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support learning in our partner secondary schools across South Manchester, including areas such as Levenshulme, Longsight, Burnage, and Didsbury. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in education, support students in their learning journey, and work flexibly around their own schedule.
We are currently looking for Teaching Assistants to support in schools from November/ December for the remainder of the academic year (July), with potential for long-term roles thereafter.
Location: Levenshulme / Longsight / Burnage / Didsbury
Start Date: November/ December
Hours: Flexible – from 1 to 5 days per week
Pay: £85 - £100 per day, dependent on experience

Teaching Personnel’s Manchester Secondary office works with over 85% of secondary schools across Greater Manchester. This role specifically supports schools in South Manchester, offering flexible opportunities that match your availability and career goals.
To be considered for this position, you should ideally have experience working with young people, a passion for education, and access to transport or public transport routes in the listed areas.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
