Experienced Learning Support Assistant – Full-Time Role in Lymington

Are you a skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking for a full-time role in a local primary school? We’re currently supporting schools in the Lymington area who are seeking a confident and experienced LSA to join their team this term.

This role offers the opportunity to work flexibly across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, supporting pupils with a range of learning needs to help them achieve their potential.

Role Overview:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils across KS1 and KS2

• Assisting with targeted interventions and personalised learning plans

• Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND

• Working closely with teachers to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

• Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong relationships with pupils

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have proven experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in primary schools

• Are confident working across both KS1 and KS2

• Understand the importance of tailored support and intervention strategies

• Are patient, approachable, and passionate about helping every child succeed

• Hold an enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or are willing to apply
