Day Rate: £100 - £120 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Support pupils across the curriculum, with a focus on numeracy and literacy development.
- Work with individuals and small groups to deliver interventions and consolidate learning.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Adapt support to meet pupils' emotional, behavioural, and educational needs.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and follow school-wide strategies and routines.
Requirements:
- Experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting.
- Confidence in supporting early numeracy and literacy skills.
- A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to work with changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a caring, nurturing attitude.
- A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and helping every child succeed.
- Willingness to engage in training and professional development within a wider Trust network.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
