Pay rate: £92.63 - £97.14 per day
Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant seeking an exciting opportunity in nurturing school communities? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to join primary schools across the Liskeard/Bodmin and surrounding areas. As a Teaching assistant, you will be a crucial part of a team, helping to create positive and productive classroom experience.
About the role:
As a Teaching assistant, your responsibilities will include;
Collaborating closely with class teachers to deliver inclusive and inspiring lessons.Develop teaching practices in nurturing and ongoing professional developments.Provide targeted 1:1 or small group support to meet diverse learner needsAssist with classroom preparation, behaviour management, and hands-on learning activities.Supporting students during activities, projects, and interventions to enhance their learning experience.Contribute to creating a positive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environments.Benefits:

NVQ Level 3 in support teaching and learning in Schools or equivalent qualifications. ( Desirable but not necessary )Relevant experience working with children in an education setting.An understanding of SEN and strategies to support students with diverse needs.Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning development.Abilities to work effectively as part of a team and also independently, with proactive and positive attitudes.Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.These are supply based roles offering flexibility and the chance to work across multiple schools- ideal for those seeking variety or work life balance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
