The Role: Teaching Assistant/Tutor

As a Teaching Assistant/Tutor with TP-Tutors, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering 1:1 or small group tutoring across a range of subjects.

• Inspiring and motivating students to reach their full potential.

• Upholding professionalism and following safeguarding guidelines.

Hourly Pay: £15–£20
A full UK driving licence is preferred, as tutoring may take place in students' homes or local libraries.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Based in Lincoln or nearby areas.

• A passion for encouraging and supporting students.

• An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply, with support from us).

• Experience with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs is a bonus.

• Classroom or UK teaching experience is desirable.

• Familiarity with the English, Maths, or Science curriculum.

• Current safeguarding training.

• Professional references covering 24 months from the last 10 years.
