The Role: Teaching Assistant/Tutor
As a Teaching Assistant/Tutor with TP-Tutors, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering 1:1 or small group tutoring across a range of subjects.

Inspiring and motivating students to reach their full potential.

Upholding professionalism and following safeguarding guidelines.
Hourly Pay: £15–£20
A full UK driving licence is preferred, as tutoring may take place in students' homes or local libraries.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills in English.
-
Based in Lincoln or nearby areas.
-
A passion for encouraging and supporting students.
-
An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply, with support from us).
-
Experience with SEND, SEMH, or additional needs is a bonus.
-
Classroom or UK teaching experience is desirable.
-
Familiarity with the English, Maths, or Science curriculum.
-
Current safeguarding training.
-
Professional references covering 24 months from the last 10 years.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
