Postition: Teaching Assistant

Pay: Daily Rate £85 - £100

Hours: Part Time 

Do you have a passion for supporting young people in education? 

We are looking for a charasmatic individual with experience in a Teaching Assistant role to support our secondary school in Lincoln dedicated to creating a happy, inclusive and safe learning environment for all students to learn and develop. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide support across the classroom to students by assisting with general queries and completing curriculum tasks. 
• Adapt postitive relationships with students, parents and colleagues to support the overall needs of sucess to the school. 
• Assist with tracking the progress of students with grading assessments.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement strategies and instructions to students across the classroom. 

Requirements 

• Previous experience in the role is desireable but not essential. 
• Exceptional communication skills with both students and colleagues. 
• Understand the UK curriculum and what is required. 
• Be flexible to suit the needs and responsibility of the school. 
• Located close by or have a full UK Driving Licence
