Join Teaching Personnel as a Teaching Assistant – Secondary Schools in Kingston and Surrounding Areas
Location: Kingston and surrounding boroughs (Richmond, Hounslow, Teddington, etc.)
Job Type: Flexible Supply – Full-time, Part-time, and Ad Hoc roles available
Salary: £90 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: Ongoing – Immediate starts available

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support our partner secondary schools in Twickenham and the surrounding areas.
No previous experience is necessary — just a genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their potential.
The Role:

Support teachers in delivering lessons and engaging students
-
Assist with classroom management to maintain a positive learning environment
-
Help individual or small groups of pupils with their learning needs
-
Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
-
Provide essential support to ensure continuity of learning and smooth school operations

Enthusiastic and motivated to work with young people

Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to a variety of school environments

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Willing to learn and develop new skills on the job

Child workforce Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
