We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Kettering. These schools are committed to creating inclusive, nurturing environments where every child can succeed — and they are looking for passionate individuals to join their teams.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Provide 1:1 support or deliver small group interventions
Assist children with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs
Help prepare classroom resources and support lesson delivery
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs

This role is ideal for experienced TAs, graduates considering teacher training, or individuals with childcare or support work backgrounds.

We Are Looking For:

Previous experience working with children (in schools or similar settings)
A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting young learners
A Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
