A secondary school in the Thetford area is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their support team for a permanent position.
If you have any experience of working with young people aged 11 – 16 in any capacity, then please apply now as previous experience in this area is highly desirable. This could be in a school environment, youth worker setting or in a care capacity. As this is a general teaching assistant role, any graduates with experience of working with young people are encouraged to apply as well as any potential future teachers.

- Full time Teaching Assistant required with a view to permanent role
- Support across the age, subject, and ability range at this supportive secondary school
- Monthly pay from £1,400-£1,850 depending on experience
This relatively secondary school situated on the outskirts of Thetford. The team is highly supportive and made up of the school SENCO, Resource Centre Lead Teacher, Inclusion Manager and 4 Teaching Assistants that support in a variety of capacities. As a result, the successful teaching assistant will benefit from working within a supportive team and gaining further experience from collaborating with like minded teaching assistants.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
