Role Overview:

As a Secondary School Teaching Assistant, your role will be pivotal in helping students excel academically and personally. You’ll work closely with teachers, supporting students during lessons, and ensuring they have the tools to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Students: Assist individuals or small groups during lessons to help them fully grasp the content.
  • Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment while supporting teachers.
  • Engagement: Encourage students to stay involved, ask questions, and unlock their potential.
  • Skill Development: Support students in building their confidence and skills across various subjects.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
