Teaching Personnel are working closely with a secondary school in Fareham who are dedicated to providing a curriculum that fuels inquisitive, independent thinkers with a love for learning. The school believes that both the curriculum within lessons and beyond should create an environment where questioning, academic risk-taking, and a freedom to learn from mistakes are encouraged. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time starting this September.

Requirements:

• Providing personalised support to students facing diverse challenges in their academic journey.
• Assisting pupils with special educational needs and/or learning and behavioural difficulties.
• Supporting students both in the classroom and in specialised settings.
• Cultivating a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes active engagement and success.

What The School Are Looking For:

• Experience working with secondary school students, particularly those with special educational needs, is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative spirit to work effectively with teachers and staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a true passion for helping students reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
