We’re seeking dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to work across Eastbourne’s secondary schools, providing flexible, day-to-day and short-term cover.

Your role may include:
• Supporting pupils in KS3–KS4 lessons
• Assisting with behaviour management and classroom routines
• Providing 1:1 or small-group support
• Helping students with a range of learning needs
• Working proactively with teachers to create a positive learning environment
What we’re looking for:
• Confident, adaptable individuals who enjoy working with young people
• Experience with secondary-aged students (in school or similar settings)
• Strong communication, patience, and a calm approach
• Reliability and the ability to step into new classrooms confidently

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
