Full-Time Teaching Assistant – Cranleigh
Location: Cranleigh, Surrey
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only (39 weeks per year)
Start Date: September 2025
Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Do you want to make a real difference in the classroom every day? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at a welcoming school in Cranleigh.
About the Role:
As a full-time TA, you will:

Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education
-
Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning
-
Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
-
Assist with classroom preparation, resources and displays
-
Promote positive behaviour and support pupil wellbeing
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
-
Passionate about working with children
-
Patient, kind and supportive
-
Organised, reliable and a strong communicator
-
Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to work with students with different Special Educational Needs
-
Ideally has experience working in a school or with young people (but not essential)
Qualifications:
-
A relevant TA qualification is desirable but not essential

Full training and ongoing support will be provided

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
