Full-Time Teaching Assistant – Cranleigh
Location: Cranleigh, Surrey
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only (39 weeks per year)
Start Date: September 2025 

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Do you want to make a real difference in the classroom every day? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at a welcoming school in Cranleigh.

About the Role:

As a full-time TA, you will:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education

  • Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning

  • Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

  • Assist with classroom preparation, resources and displays

  • Promote positive behaviour and support pupil wellbeing

 

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about working with children

  • Patient, kind and supportive

  • Organised, reliable and a strong communicator

  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

  • Able to work with students with different Special Educational Needs
  • Ideally has experience working in a school or with young people (but not essential)

 

Qualifications:

  • A relevant TA qualification is desirable but not essential

  • Full training and ongoing support will be provided

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
