Teaching Assistant Required!

Teaching Personnel are recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in one of our partner primary schools on a full-time, temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working as part of a team, and brings a positive, proactive approach to the classroom.
About the role:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils
-
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom preparation
-
Supporting pupils with additional learning or emotional needs
-
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in line with school policies
About you:
-
Caring, patient, and enthusiastic in your approach
-
Committed to supporting children and young people
-
A confident communicator who works well within a team
-
Holds GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above), or equivalent
-
Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
