Job description

Are you passionate about supporting children with Autism? Do you want to be part of a dedicated team that celebrates individuality and fosters growth? We are looking for Teaching Assistants to help students thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

We believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our skilled staff to provide tailored support to students with Autism, helping them to develop socially, emotionally, and academically.

The Role:

  • Supporting students in class and during activities
  • Implementing personalised learning and behavioural strategies
  • Encouraging communication, independence, and social skills
  • Working alongside teachers to create an inclusive learning environment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience supporting children or young adults with Autism and associated difficulties.
  • Is patient, compassionate, and understanding of children with Autism
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and can adapt to the needs of each child
  • Is committed to creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
