Teaching Assistant – Chichester
Location: Chichester, West Sussex
Salary: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Full-time or part-time positions available
Start date: September 2025 (or sooner for the right candidate)

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in the Chichester area. Whether you’re an experienced TA or just starting your journey in education, we’d love to hear from you!
The Role:

Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons
-
Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning
-
Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
-
Monitor pupil progress and report feedback to the teaching staff
You Will Need:
-
A genuine interest in working with children
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Flexibility, patience, and a proactive attitude
-
Experience in a school setting is desirable, but not essential
-
A DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
