Salary: £83.85 - 100 per day
Position Overview:
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning process within our schools. You will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons, provide assistance to students with varying needs, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lesson plans.
Provide one-on-one support to students as directed by the teacher.
Supervise students during class and other activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Assist with the implementation of behavior management strategies.
Support students with special educational needs or disabilities.
Help maintain a tidy and organized learning environment.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young lives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and with different age groups.
Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare would be advantageous.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
