About the role

Start date: September 2026

Days / hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-3:30pm  

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate educator that has worked in an early years setting previously. This will be a full-time role, working in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) of a relatively new primary school in Cardiff.

The role will be supporting children in their first steps of education from a variety of age ranges; this could be nursery. This position needs someone who is dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment for children to grow and build confidence.

About you, the Educator

We are seeking a teaching assistant who is: 

• Kind and warm hearted
• Energetic approach
• Prior experience working with children in EYFS, preferably in a school or educational setting

• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children
• Good communication skills

What you will require

• An enhanced child DBS 

• A live EWC registration
