Supply Teacher - Primary Schools 
Location: Cardiff
Pay: £166.32 per day
Job Type: Flexible Working

Teaching Personnel are excited to recruit Primary School Teachers who are looking for full-time, part-time or flexible work for the rest of the academic year. If you're seeking a position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work across a variety of schools, this could be the ideal role for you.

As a supply teacher, you'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule, whether you're looking for a few days per week or the full five days. This role provides excellent opportunities to gain diverse experience working with both Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2 (KS2) pupils. It’s the perfect way to build your confidence and expand your expertise in different educational settings.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a supply teacher who is adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic. Your ability to engage and motivate students while delivering high-quality lessons will be key to your success. Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and the school community is essential. As a supply teacher, you'll need to follow the Welsh Curriculum and create an engaging classroom environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS Check (Child only) must be completed prior to starting the role.
  • EWC Registration (mandatory for teaching in Wales).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
