Advert 1: Flexible Teaching Assistant – Bridport Area

Location: Bridport
Role: Teaching Assistant (Flexible Hours)
Pay: £80 – £95 per day 
Start Date: Ongoing

Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistants to support primary and secondary schools across Bridport. Whether you're free one day a week or more regularly, we want to hear from you.

The role:

  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Support pupils individually and in small groups
  • Work across a range of age groups and subjects
  • Choose when and where you work to suit your availability

Ideal for:

  • Parents, carers, or students looking for part-time work
  • Graduates or career changers exploring a path in education
  • Experienced TAs wanting more control over their schedule

No teaching qualification required—just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to support young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
