An "Outstanding" Mainstream Primary School in Bradford are currently looking to employ a flexible Teaching Assistant who is experienced and confident working alongside children with complex needs; and who has good behaviour management.
The School are currently looking for someone who:
Commit to working full-time - 5 days a week 08:30 to 3:30
- Has experience supporting children within a School environment with SEN needs
- Are you able to put effective strategies in place in order to avoid confrontational and disruptive behaviour?
- Be a good communicator and be able to work as part of a term
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding and procedures
- Be outgoing and have a strong classroom presence
- Be experienced working with pupils on a small group and 1:1 basis
- Have school based experience and be able to implement a range of behaviour interventions
The School can offer you the opportunity to achieve additional qualifications and training so you are able to excel in the role.

- Daily rate of pay up to GBP75, depending on your previous experience.
