Teaching Personnel are going to be holding a Recruitment Day in Bodmin in the upcoming weeks. We are working with a number of schools in North Cornwall and are currently looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to help support learning.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate and provide a new and refreshing energy to assisting learning at all times. You should offer creative approaches to learning and promote a positive attitude to the children which will encourage them to grow and develop within the classroom.
To be successful for this role it is advantageous that you have relevant qualifications to work within schools. These could be, but are not limited to the following:
- Supporting Teaching and Learning
- Health and Social Care
- Childcare
- Coaching
- Psychology
Relevant experience is essential and should be in relation to working with children or vulnerable adults. This may not be school based but could be that you have supported vulnerable people within a different setting.
