We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the classroom, providing support to both teachers and students to ensure a nurturing and productive learning environment. Roles are full time and part time with opportunities to go into permanent contracts with schools.
What You'll Do:
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, including setting up materials and resources.
- Work with small groups of students to provide targeted support and guidance.
- Help students with their learning activities, providing encouragement and assistance as needed.
- Support students with special educational needs, adapting materials and activities to meet their individual needs.
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment for all students.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of children.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
- People with a background in care, support work or experience in PRU are encouraged to apply for the role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
