I am specifically looking for teaching assistants across the Blackburn region. We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, highly motivated and compassionate individuals who are hardworking, committed and reliable. Effective candidates will play a key role in providing the best quality of teaching along with motivating and encouraging students to fulfil their upmost potential with the absence of their normal teacher.

Ideal candidates:

• Previous experience working with young people and children.
• Considerable behavioural management skills with experience.
• Have a unique and creative approach to their teaching.
• Have a passion for the students wellbeing as well as commitment for safeguarding measures.
• Organized, flexible and reliable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
