Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Andover
What we’re looking for:
- Two professional references.
- Confident communication skills to work effectively with teachers, colleagues, and pupils.
- Ability to support children in both 1:1 and small group learning.
- Previous experience with children aged 4–11.
- Adaptability, initiative, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Reliability, flexibility, and excellent time management.
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for helping pupils achieve their best.

Please note: This is a temporary role, with the possibility of becoming permanent. All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
