• Confident communication skills to work effectively with teachers, colleagues, and pupils.
• Ability to support children in both 1:1 and small group learning.
• Previous experience with children aged 4–11.
• Adaptability, initiative, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Reliability, flexibility, and excellent time management.
• A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for helping pupils achieve their best.
