Teaching Personnel are looking for a Teaching Assistant in Hull to work on a one to one basis within a school which specialises in challenging behaviour.

You'll be working in an alternative provision that provides full-time alternative education to young people in KS3 and KS4. The ideal candidate will have excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to build relations and motivate students who have lost interest in their education.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A Child workforce DBS, on the update service - we can support you through the process of applying for one if you do not already have one.
• Excellent behaviour management and motivational skills
• The ability to build relationships
• Taking a personal interest in the learning of the pupil you'll be mentoring
• Live in or be able to commute to the Hull area

This is a fantastic position for an individual who wants to change or embark on a new career! We will consider individuals with the following experience:

• Teaching Assistant
• Care or Support Worker
• Recent Graduate
