Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Hastings, East Sussex

Job Description:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers in the delivery of high-quality education to our students.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Providing one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs.
- Assisting in classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Preparing learning materials and resources for lessons.
- Supporting students during extracurricular activities and school trips.
- Observing and recording student progress and behavior.
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with students of different abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
