We are currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a diverse and welcoming secondary school in the Gorton area from September. Role Overview:

• Supporting pupils in class across a range of subjects
• Assisting with behaviour management strategies to promote positive learning environments
• Providing targeted support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people is essential (e.g. schools, youth work, care, sports coaching, mentoring, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, patient approach
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Experience supporting behaviour or SEN is highly desirable
• A proactive and adaptable attitude
