Teaching Assistant, Full Time - Rugby

FULL TIME TA - Rugby

 

Looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to cover Reception classes in a primary school based in Rugby.

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Knowledge of the current curriculum used in Reception

  • Ability to assist the class Teacher and cover small groups individually

  • Aware of how to respond to each pupils individual needs 

  • Support and supervise pupils, ensuring all safety regulations are adhered to

  • Work independently and develop child initiated learning

  • Use and apply whole school child protection procedures

Requirements include:

  • Relevant TA qualification or experience

  • At least 2 references that relate to education within the last 6 years

  • DBS (on the update service)

  • 6 year career history

 

The successful candidate will require a Child Workforce DBS that is registered to the Update Service. Teaching Personnel are able to guide you through the process of applying for one if you do not currently have one.
