Teaching Assistant - Hertfordshire
Required for roles starting as soon as possible.

We are looking for Teaching Assistants with excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to deal with complex issues.
Based within both Primary schools and SEN schools, as a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for supporting students ranging from Early Years through to GCSE some of which have a range of complex needs including Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and complex behavioural difficulties. Therefore previous experience working in a similar environment is important but not necessary. The right attitude, the right work ethic, empathy and initiative trumps experience every time - so don't undersell yourself, you can do it!
