SEN Teaching Assistant September 2019

I am working with a client who is looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant for September 2019. Starting in the new academic year you will be required to work 1:1 or in small groups supporting the delivery of all lessons and academic development plans. The role itself will require you to work within a challenging environment, engaging students and nurturing their social and academic standards. You will build relationships and encourage every student's confidence and independence.

The School:

My client is a fantastic family orientated school which prides itself on providing a high level of education to students who suffer from learning difficulties, mental health or behavioural issues. The school emphasises the importance of each individual's education and as a SEN Teaching Assistant you will deliver the care and attention that these students have been deprived of. My client is specialised SEN school which covers KS1 TO KS5.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Teaching Assistant or Care Assistant experience desirable
  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:30 to 15:30
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Motivation resilience
