Teaching Personnel are excited to be seeking an engaging Teaching Assistant, with a passion for pupil learning and development at a well-established school in Cambridge.
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Be motivated to inspire and encourage secondary-aged pupils.
- Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Be confident in managing the behaviour of pupils aged 11-16 years.
- Have excellent knowledge of the GCSE curriculum.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to GCSE students aged 11-16 years. You will support pupils with the preparation and delivery of lessons as well as leading specific smaller group work and 1:1 sessions.
