Job description

A Primary Support Service in Stockport is seeking a BSL Teaching Assistant to start in September on a ad hoc basis. Are you experienced in supporting pupils who are hearing impaired? Have you a passion for working with pupils who have educational barriers?

*** BSL Trained - Level 2 Minimum

*** Experience in supporting hearing impaired pupils

*** Pupils with EHCP's

*** Working in Stockport

The school are looking for an experienced BSL (British Sign Language) teaching assistant, who has plenty of experience within an SEN environment. The role will be to assist the class teacher and make sure that the pupils follow all lesson plans.

This is supply work and you will ideally have your own transport, if not be able to use public transport and commute to schools from a morning call.
