My client is a 'Good' specialist school, located in Wigan. They require a bank of staff who are available for full or part time/ day to day work. Ideally the are looking for TAs who are CACHE level 2 or Level 3 qualified or possess a Teaching Assistant qualification to work with their children and young people aged 5-11 years with social, emotional and mental health difficulties (EBD).
You must be a passionate, motivated, and flexible individual who has the skills and expertise in meeting the needs of young people with one or more of the following conditions:
- ADHD
- SEMH Difficulties including challenging behaviour
- ASC
Daily duties will involve;
Working along side other teachers, being responsible for promoting the emotional, physical, intellectual, linguistic and social development of a number of children. This exciting job role may involve working with children with very challenging behaviour which could be verbal or physical.
